5. Credits and Payments

• 250 credits for $150

Credits do not expire, but they are non-transferable and non-refundable once used.

6. Refunds

• No refunds are available once credits are used.
• Refunds for unused purchased credits are handled on a case-by-case basis and must be requested within 7 days of purchase.

The AI video generation functionality on vidnexus.ai is provided through integration with third-party artificial intelligence providers. Processing times may vary based on resolution, prompt complexity, and server load.

Important Disclaimer Regarding AI Output:

You acknowledge that the AI video generation is performed by third-party models. While we strive to provide a high-fidelity service, the quality, physics, and specific outcomes of the generated videos are dependent on the third-party AI models used. Results can be unpredictable. We cannot guarantee that the output will meet specific subjective expectations of "realism" or "cinematic quality."
